I had a fantastic experience at this Chase location. The staff are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to assist customers. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
lazy people that don’t want to work or don’t know how to do there job. Other branch seems to not mind working and didn’t see why this branch refused to except a deposit for my father.
Worst customer service. Very picky and being turned away a few times with checks with minor spelling. And guess what, went to different Chase banks a few miles away and were able to deposit checks without any issues! Never went back this location after a few similar incidences. Give one star because there is no zero or negative infinity to give. Wonder if Chase even cares with so many negative reviews on this location. So as a customer, avoid this location at all cost!
No ATMs in the branch and one outside? this place is very inconvenient
By far the best assistance I've ever had at a bank. Incredibly friendly people, fast service, all around great experience
