Very confusing online appointment scheduling. Thought I had an appointment Friday and apparently it was a week into the future. Also in the bank there is no good system to see people in order of arrival. Happily they did have availability and Thor the manager helped me. Great guy. Previous issue about 6 months ago or so he was great then too.
Literally the best Chase Bank location in the whole state of Texas! This team is amazing!
Great place! I've been here twice and it was to collect foreign currency on a trip I was going on. I remember the teller I believe named Re Re Green who assisted me. She was very kind and helpful!
Just has one of the most pleasant banking experiences with Re-re, Ally, Thor just now. Was very positively surprised by all the patience and support Re-re and co. provided. THANK YOU!!!
