Chase is one of THE WORST banks you could work with. I regret ever opening an account with them. Constant delay in check deposits, high interest rates, no personal loans, AND they charge a "service fee"? Once I get my credit card fully paid off next month, I'm cancelling my accounts with them and fully swapping over to UFCU. Use a credit union that actually values your time and money. UFCU on top, Chase can go screw themselves.
I’ve been with Chase over 30 years and they have really gone downhill. I made a deposit about 8 days ago for a $38,000 check and it’s still holding. I believe they should tell you when they’re going to put a hold on a check, and they can’t even tell me how long the hold is going to be for. Not good business Chase! Frost Bank here I come!
I waited over 25 minutes at this branch, and instead of receiving proper assistance, I was dismissed without any resolution. The staff member was unprofessional and did not check the schedule as expected. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses it. The branch manager could outline how it will ensure better scheduling, faster service, and fair treatment for all customers regardless of background. Instead keep asking what I will do if I was him feel so disappointed
