Friendly branch. Took the time to aasist me, answer questions. Good experience, did not feel rushed.

Chase what the heck? Ugh! I’m so annoyed. I do NOT like the fact that the hours seem to have changed and that they now close at 5pm. That was one wonderful thing about Chase, that they closed at 6pm. It set them apart. People work until 5pm. That means you should be open until at least 6pm. What are you doing? I only gave 2 stars because I do like your bank, but with these hours?
