Called recently and was told there was no need to make a formal appointment for a wire transfer. On arrivial I was greeted and had a great conversation with the rep - little bit of a wait to see the associate who ultimately handled my transaction but all in all it was a breeze and enjoyable!
Loyalty means nothing here. Even though I followed every instruction exactly as told, the responses I received were inconsistent and deeply unpleasant. The way this branch handled my situation raises serious concerns about how Chase treats long‑time customers. Representatives kept changing, each giving contradictory explanations that never addressed the core issue. Fast, friendly aervice
I had such a wonderful experience today at Chase Bank, and I just had to share it. Even though I don’t have a bank account with Chase (only my Chase Freedom credit card), I stopped by for assistance and I’m so glad I did. Alia helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. Chase is one of THE WORST banks you could work with. I regret ever opening an account with them. Constant delay in check deposits, high interest rates, no personal loans, AND they charge a "service fee"? Once I get my credit card fully paid off next month, I'm cancelling my accounts with them and fully swapping over to UFCU. Use a credit union that actually values your time and money. UFCU on top, Chase can go screw themselves.
