If I could leave 0 stars I would. This bank did nothing what I asked of them. I have had nothing but problems since switching to chase. Don’t ever report fraud, they will lock you out of your accounts all together even if it’s not the account you reported it on. They will make it impossible for you to reactivate or be able to use any sort of online wallet. Definitely draining that account and switching back to Wells Fargo

I have been banking with Chase for over 13 years, so I was very disappointed with the customer service I received during a recent phone call.
