Go bank with a company who cares. ATM never works and they dont open before 8am. Save yourself the headache. Chase needs to get it together
I showed up to open another business acount at a scheduled time with Katie O'Connor. Waited 30 minutes. No help. Left to set up an account at alternative bank.
This branch has the worst customer service ever. My daughter and I have now been in twice in one week to try to open two new accounts and still have not been successful. Both times we have not even had a greeting or anything along those lines, only have been made to feel like an inconvenience by a rude guy in the first cubicle on the right. Very poor customer service. Always state they are short handed.
I try to deposit my money here and "Arshiya" is the worst and lazy cashier I ever seen. She is lazy and incompetent to help and I have to do all the work for her. She look annoyed all the time and absolutely terrible service
