For 2 years i have had good experiences here, with great customer service.
Great experience opening up several accounts with my husband thanks to Katie. She took the extra time to explain different banking options as well as educating us on some very helpful tools that can be used through the app. She has a wealth of knowledge!! So grateful to have gone to this branch and done our banking with her!
Customer service sorry but not existing
Nisha was super helpful. I recommend her to anyone visiting this branch. Solved my issue in less than 5 minutes. Just wasted an hour trying to add my wife on to my account with another agent who was only trying to sell us a credit card from the same branch. She left us with no other option. The entire tone of the conversation changed as soon I started pushing back on the credit card. I spoke Nisha on my way out and she was able to help me. Go bank with a company who cares. ATM never works and they dont open before 8am. Save yourself the headache. Chase needs to get it together
