Very poor customer service. Always state they are short handed.
I try to deposit my money here and "Arshiya" is the worst and lazy cashier I ever seen. She is lazy and incompetent to help and I have to do all the work for her. She look annoyed all the time and absolutely terrible service
We recently completed a notary service as account holders with Chase, assisted by “Nisha Bhasani.” Unfortunately, she didn’t fully understand our request and declined to follow the proper process for the document. We waited 15 minutes for the “Notary Officer” to assist us, only to have her refuse to notarize the document at the required signature location. Would leave 0 stars if I could!!!! I have been trying to cash a work check since yesterday, I was told the check could only be deposited??? (Never heard that in my life) So I go back today to try again, now the guy at the window wanted to say my check was flagged. I decided to go inside because 1. It's too bad that you have to leave a star, because they aren't worthy of one. A star is typically indicative of something good. And, from my experience so far in the last 30 days with them so far, they aren't worthy of even a single star. This is exactly where you want to bank if you enjoy your funds being held hostage and you also enjoy being gaslit and verbally assaulted when you call in and try to get them to lift a hold on your funds that were submitted via a bank-to-bank CASHIER'S CHECK.
