Buena atención pero no te solucionan nada
I had a really great experience at this Chase branch and I definitely recommend it. All the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The manager at the entrance kindly assisted me and explained what documents I would need to open an account, which made everything much easier. I came in twice. The first time it was close to closing hour, and they let me know upfront that the wait time could be longer than expected. They kindly suggested either waiting or booking another day. The ATM always acting up
Very grateful for Cathy, the branch manager at this location. She really went out of her way to help me and was somehow able to solve my impossible issue. I'm lucky she was there to help me.
