I had a really great experience at this Chase branch and I definitely recommend it. All the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The manager at the entrance kindly assisted me and explained what documents I would need to open an account, which made everything much easier. I came in twice. The ATM always acting up
Very grateful for Cathy, the branch manager at this location. She really went out of her way to help me and was somehow able to solve my impossible issue. I'm lucky she was there to help me.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my experience with Chase Bank branch. Although your location is convenient to my home, I have consistently found the service to be unfriendly. Furthermore, routine transactions are often made unnecessarily difficult.
