These five stars go to Mauricio Tapia, Associate Banker Officer. I took a friend and a neighbor with disabilities, and we were extremely lucky to be serviced by Mr. Tapia. Being a Saturday it was so,so busy, but I saw officers there were a few Mr. Tapia took us right away.
