I deposited a check in the amount of $54,200 which unfortunately later bounced and was returned to the person who wrote the check. Unfortunately, CHASE BANK placed a hold on both of my accounts, my business and checking, with no access to the Zelle nor The ATM. I have far more money in my account than the $54,000 check however I am being held responsible and now I am unable to pay bills and automatic payment deductions have been denied. Buena atención, gracias.
No he podido abrir una cuenta por los falta de prueba de dirección. Recién llegado con visa inmigrante, green card, número de seguridad social etc.. varios negocios en Europa .. pero estan acostumbrados a dar un mal servicio al cliente y dejar pasar oportunidades. Pésimo servicio y poco respetuoso hablando de asuntos personales en la sala de espera . De verdad muy decepcionante.
