Juan is extremely helpful, and the people working the front desk have always been able to help me out very quickly. I highly recommend this branch.
This branch used to be staffed by professional and knowledgeable bankers. Unfortunately, the quality of service has noticeably declined—it's now run by nepo babies.
the manager CINDY, is unprofessional how she speaks to the people that bank there. I wont be going to this branch ever again. the atm broke down as I was using it and she snapped at me when I asked to have someone call me since I had to go to work. what the?
The bankers are not well trained and are confused on their own processes. Spent 45 minutes with a banker that was not knowledgeable and could not complete the requested action. Such a waste of time. It would have been more helpful if he had just stated he didn’t know how to close the account in the first place.
