Bank employee way too busy to help clients , Bad experience with this branch located on 2370 Waukegan in Northbrook.
Recently went with my son to open a college account. Was very appreciative of the patient and professional interaction we had with Mr. Thornton. Looking at his card, I just realized that he's one of the Private Client Bankers, which we are not, but he treated us with the same kindness and courtesy as if we were. Many thanks.
Bad customer service The banker Bianca P. Mando was very rude over the phone with me in regards my missing $5000 the manager on duty was more disrespectful and lying about how they are handling my situation
