Chase in Libertyville id's great. Courteous and helpful. Not like the Dearborn St Chase in Chicago where my account privacy has been violated by sharing information with others.
Upon entry, I viewed 8 employees. I roamed the branch waiting to be greeted and although with client only Ms Shapiro took time to ask if i were l was being helped. The other staff appeared dismissive and although I clearly was looking for assistance, ignored me. Ms Shapiro and the business banker I came to see were the only positives in this location. Truly unfortunate as Chase previously had a focus on making clients a priority. Branch needs a refocus.
I have been trying to contact the bank for an hour and noone answers the phone, they tell me to call back or call the 800 number this is ridiculous
This branch sucks, it’s always a wait and there is never a banker available. Somehow every time the answer is bankers called in sick.
