This review is for the Vernon Hills Chase Bank. I had an in person appointment and was completely ignored for 15 minutes. So I approached a personal banker and she helped me as she was not doing anything. Today I had a phone appointment. No one called. So I called the number, left a message and no call. I called another personal banker - left a message and no response. I called the branch and waited 15 minutes on hold then was hung up on. Terrible customer service for a great customer (me).:).
Broken ATM's
I recently started banking at chase bank a few months ago. I had a fraud alert pop up and I went straight to chase for help. The first person I saw was so kind and she could tell I was upset and crying. I ended up sitting with the branch manager. She not only listened ans helped me, but she was encouraging and I felt like she truly cared for me at a client. Thank you chase and to the amazing women who helped me that day.
