I just got denied my money , because my id was chipped .. and I lost my debit card, I work on the road so it’s very hard to get the physical, I did not expect that from verssa
I will never come back this branch. I was there name change bring the passport and ID. The staff dose not know about how to process she just blame me the I need bring court order. After that I went Northbook branch they just simply made my name change with my ID and passport.
