Ryan patiently walked my 92 yr. old father and I through online banking set up and Belinda was so helpful as well! She had recommended making an appointment- and I was glad we did as they were very busy at this Midlothian location.
I would give this bank a 0 if I could. Me and my husband are moving out of state from California to Tennessee and we stopped in Chase Bank here in Midland Texas to cash one of his customers checks from Chase Bank Los Angeles here in Texas, but because it was more than $2,500.00 and my husband is not a Chase Customer, they said they could not cash the check.
