I experienced great customer service in the Westlake Hills branch of Chase Bank
Mixed experience at this branch. The gentleman teller I worked with was unprepared, unclear on basic next steps, and dismissive when I asked for help. What made it worse was how he spoke to a colleague who came out to assist, condescending and unprofessional. That kind of behavior has no place in a customer-facing role. Fast & Friendly
I had a document that needed to be notarized as part of my retirement package, my husband called the branch and they said to come on over they were closing at 2 PM and it was 1 PM at the time. He went over and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, the notary sat chatting with a customer the entire time until the branch closed and my husband left. Extremely displeased with the service from this branch.
