There's a reason for the low reviews. This is a Chase where they close a teller when there's a long line.
I have been a loyal customer of JP Morgan for over TWENTY years. This branch screwed me up so bad that I cancelled my accounts, all my credit cards, debit cards, everything. When I requested to pull my 40 thousand dollars out of my savings to bring elsewhere they FINALLY seemed to care, and a manager came out with the “ohhh is there anything we can do to keep you?
