The Representatives at this location are always very cordial, professional, and make transactions smooth!
I made an appointment with a Chase employee via the online booking system, as I was advised to do so by the staff at Chase Bank. Upon my arrival I was told that the person I was supposed to meet with was not even in today, and no one is available to assist me until the one person on duty comes back from lunch. Very disappointing.
Omar helped me with my bank account and was great to work with. He went above and beyond. Deducting one star as their ATM machines rarely work properly or don’t have a mix of different bills.
