I had an interaction at the Chase branch During this experience, I felt that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. This type of conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect the values a customer should expect from a major financial institution. I am requesting that Chase investigate this matter and take corrective action. I also want reassurance that all customers, regardless of background, are treated with dignity and respect.”
Need more ATMs…ridiculous to have to wait in a line for 1 ATM for 6 people at the same time
This bank is my go to. I have used a lot of different locations over the years and they are always just o.k. There’s never a long line , and the tellers here seem to know their stuff. Kudos to this branch & thanks.
