The ATM is always out of money. Michigan First Credit Union is better. They have better rates.
I would give negative stars if Google let’s you. This branch allowed scammers to steal 18,000$ from my account and wouldn’t give me my money back. What’s the point of keeping money in a bank if it’s not safe from thieves. You’re better off hiding your money under the mattress than banking with Chase. I thought Chase had a decent reputation before, but not anymore. Shame on this company. Your money is supposed to be FDIC insured, but I guess that doesn’t mean anything anymore. 0 stars.
Monday July 18 2025 the bank is temporarily closed. None of the atms work. No workers. Nearest atm is on fort street by junction. Nearest bank is Wyoming & warren. Lunes Julio 18 2025 el banco esta cerrado temporariamente. Todos los cajeros no sirven. No hay trabajadores. Cajero mas cercano esta por la junction y fort. Banco mas cercano esta por la Wyoming y Warren.
The ATM at this location is never working and it's such an inconvenience!! when I need to deposit cash I have to drive way out the way to another location just to make the deposit when I should be able to here at my local location
