Drive through atm always not working and when working its always a line that causes traffic and the walk in atm should be available 24h but is not so why not add more ATM's and always refill them everyone is tired of coming to the atm and it says cant withdrawal or deposit jp mortgage please update this location
The ATM is always out of money. Michigan First Credit Union is better. They have better rates.
I would give negative stars if Google let’s you. This branch allowed scammers to steal 18,000$ from my account and wouldn’t give me my money back. What’s the point of keeping money in a bank if it’s not safe from thieves. You’re better off hiding your money under the mattress than banking with Chase. I thought Chase had a decent reputation before, but not anymore. Shame on this company. Your money is supposed to be FDIC insured, but I guess that doesn’t mean anything anymore. 0 stars.
