I have banked at dozens of different institutions, but this Chase locations stands out. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I am greeted, often by name, when I enter the bank and it gives you the feel of being in a small-town community bank. Not more need be said.
I have been to this location two times and each time I had a great experience. By this I mean , the ladies that were at the window were so nice and friendly. I initially went to the location by Costco but since there was a long wait in front of me ( just one person ) and everyone ignored me , I decided to leave . I stopped at this location and today I needed to go to the bank again and although it was out of my way , I stopped here again. The service did not disappoint.
Has more than 1, well thought out, ATM locations on the property (indoors and drive-through). Machines work about as fast as expected.

Lovely customer service! Christine D. was very helpful and friendly. Made my transaction simple and easy. Even helped me in resetting my pin#. Will definitely be making this my new home branch! Thanks Christine for being such a wonderful person to work with!
