You have to make an appointment which didn't use to be the case, however, the banker took care of three different things when we met.
I’ve been to several different branches and haven’t had this good of an experience anywhere else the crew here is extremely helpful, especially Ayat. She was on the floor and immediately found room for us even though everyone was busy.
The branch manager Ayat went out of her way to help my dad and I out even though everyone was busy.
