I have been coming to this branch for the last 3 years everyone is so amazing as soon you walk into the door beautiful smile my favorite chase branch in Houston i love them all .
2026- banking is hard as is!! But Timothy Garbanzos makes the experience so great! I had to bring my son in to get a bank account and Timothy was so patient with him and explain him banking to him and how things go when he turns 18 when he turns 23 and just giving him a lot of knowledge and we’re very grateful and thankful for that because financial freedom is our ultimate goal. I came in on a Saturday afternoon 30 minutes before closing time to open a new account and they turned me away. I should’ve known this branch was trash because of 2.6 stars that speaks volumes when all you do is handle money. I would’ve left zero stars, but it doesn’t let you do that
Literally no help at all from the workers there and condescending.
