Horrible customer service, no one knows what they’re doing all I needed was a transfer to a different account for RENT ending up closing my card??? Took three people no one knew what they were doing.. kinda embarrassing
Omg!! Jennifer was so helpful! Great 5 star customer service!! This location has always had good C/S! Jennifer went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem and I’m thankful to her for her patience cause I just thought I knew what I was talking about lol & she remained so calm and helpful! Appreciate this level of service!
Where to start, no customer service, all has to be done by appointment or online, is like they are doing you a favor awful experience.
Went to this branch on Saturday afternoon, 30 minutes before closinl, after coming here on Friday after a withdrawal to get some cash, needed to address change in status of names on account because of a recent death. Was told that I could close the account or leave it open. Mentioned that the other account needed to be reviewed and to come back 72 hours after it was reviewed to close that account.
