I never have good experience with this chase location.
I have to come here for work and I usually don't have a problem. Just don't get bank teller Chelsea. She didn't give me the right change back before making the deposit, so I had to place some of my own money inside our company tilt. I wasn't happy about that, it wasn't that much. But still not happy about it, and as she is doing this, she admits she's not very good at counti. Thatat should have been a red flag for me. This is one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to! The teller has ZERO KNOWLEDGE whatsoever when it comes to any questions or resolving/guiding thru an issue, I think her name is Olga , I try to avoid this branch and teller as much as I can. My issue with this teller is that when I explained the issue her response was very dismissive, thank goodness for the teller next to her that was able to look into my issue and find a solution.
