It's seems like a poor excuse for a bank. There is no customer service counter as a result there is no service. There was even a banker to answer questions or verify anything.
The employees are polite and friendly, however the service is slow and no one tends to the phone. An employee quite literally told me that they do not answer the phones, so do not waste your time calling.
Had an appointment this morning to add a joint account holder and walked in they said we have another appointment coming in and the banker and manager that had given me my appointment were not in so that is the reason why my appointment was not going to be honored. The banker was very rude about it and he didn't even had anyone sitting in his desk.

2 cashiers for a lot of customers inside the bank and drive thru, 1 banker . We have to wait always so long to get any kind of service. Guys you make a lot of money hire personal!!
