They don’t answer the phone and the 800 number they referred me to is even worse.

This branch NEVER answers the phone. I’ve been a Chase customer for over forty years and this makes me reconsider
I'm a long time Chase customer, and being a business owner, I visit several branches around the Scottsdale area for various needs. This branch in Fountain Hills has the worst service, by far. They are always under-staffed with tellers, and a lot of days don't even open their drive-through window. There will be a line of customers waiting for a teller, and numerous "management types" standing around doing nothing, or shooting the bull with another employee. I've never reviewed a bank before but this review is way over due. This is the worst bank I've ever interacted with and I've banked with Citi, BofA, US Bank before in the last 25 years. Logan the manager really has run this into the ground. My account was incorrectly setup as Chase Total Checking vs Private Client as discussed. This branch will not ever answer the phone, so much so an afternoon I called the Chase Private client office (In NY) and the agent couldn't get a hold of anyone in the branch via phone or chat.
