This branch NEVER answers the phone. I’ve been a Chase customer for over forty years and this makes me reconsider
I'm a long time Chase customer, and being a business owner, I visit several branches around the Scottsdale area for various needs. This branch in Fountain Hills has the worst service, by far. They are always under-staffed with tellers, and a lot of days don't even open their drive-through window. There will be a line of customers waiting for a teller, and numerous "management types" standing around doing nothing, or shooting the bull with another employee.
