I've never reviewed a bank before but this review is way over due. This is the worst bank I've ever interacted with and I've banked with Citi, BofA, US Bank before in the last 25 years. Logan the manager really has run this into the ground. My account was incorrectly setup as Chase Total Checking vs Private Client as discussed. This branch will not ever answer the phone, so much so an afternoon I called the Chase Private client office (In NY) and the agent couldn't get a hold of anyone in the branch via phone or chat. Attempts at speaking with a person at this bank by phone are met with great frustrations and headaches. I was ultimately unsuccessful. I am on my way to the brick and mortar facility to express my annoyance to some unlucky human.
They never respond, horrible service
