Excellent service the nice lady came to us as soon as we sat down. Opened a new account in 20 mins and was very kind.
The sweet teller trying to help me gets a 5 start! She was really trying to help get my son a student account today. The TWO women too busy talking to each other and not helping customers gets a ZERO star. This is the first time I’ve walked into a Chase bank where they could care less about their members. There’s teller went over to the women twice and both times is was no. There’s a Chase bank on Morton and Katy Fort Bend. Take the extra time and go there. I came into this branch, and from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, the staff was extremely attentive especially the manager on duty, Ms. Mina. She helped resolve my problem while making sure to walk me through everything step by step. I really appreciated my interaction with her and her team!
