Chase has a good staff that knows the ins & outs of banking. BUT, this location is understaffed. I waited much too long for a banker to help me concerning a letter Chase sent me. I got there at 2 PM, and signed in. After 10 minutes I left to get groceries across the street. When I returned 20 minutes later, I had to continue waiting. I finally left at about 3 PM. If that bank continues to be understaffed I may have to bank elsewhere. Hey ! How 'bout dem Bears? (Sorry - I had to cool off)
