Waited a long time to open a student account and the representative never acknowledge me sitting just walk over and said this customer has an appointment first. Waited at least 1 hour so rude
The manager Lauren at this branch is simply one of the worst people at customer service ..seen numerous occasions of her just being terrible to customers even when just being asked simple questions...I'll just go to a different local branch but something needs to be done here to change the culture ...
