I had an account with chase since 2014. And alway’s kept a good understanding with chase. However today was an unpleasant experience with the Oaklawn branch. I came in today to see if I can cash a small $50 check. Unfortunately they had me sign the back of the check before turning me away. And assured me that the currency exchange would be able to cash it for me. Unfortunately they turned me away aswell and told me that I wouldn’t. I've been going here for a while. Usually didn't have problems. Lately their tellers and whoever answers the phone are rude and not helpful. I've had a teller not let me deposit my check and was just rude to me so I waited for another teller. If you call no one answers until the 5th try. They couldn't relay the same information that another chase costumer service worker had just told me.
