I've been going here for a while. Usually didn't have problems. Lately their tellers and whoever answers the phone are rude and not helpful. I've had a teller not let me deposit my check and was just rude to me so I waited for another teller. If you call no one answers until the 5th try. They couldn't relay the same information that another chase costumer service worker had just told me.
Ridiculous service don’t go to this branch if you want a good service go to other branch

Waited a long time to open a student account and the representative never acknowledge me sitting just walk over and said this customer has an appointment first. Waited at least 1 hour so rude
