Veronica was no Help acted as if she didn’t want to help me and couldn’t do anything for me when I requested to speak with a manager she said the manager (Marisol) would tell me the same thing she did and would be in a meeting all day she couldn’t speak with me. When I went to a chase down the street they where able to help no problem
If I could give this bank zero stars, I sure would! I was here to get a check so that I could close on my house and they were not able to print me out a check. Three hours later I was able to get a wire transfer. I’m constantly fighting for my own money with Chase bank, but this location was the absolute worst. Literally waiting for hours here to get my own money out. Don’t bank here! Horrible customer service and they can’t even give you an idea of how long things are gonna take.
Atm in drive thru is always down. They have three lanes on the outside that are always closed. Please install more atms or fix the only atm in the drive thru lanes.
