One generally doesn't rave about one of the biggest banks on the planet. Then again... they don't have the trinity of Heather, Oksana and Alyssa... the sweetest, kindest, most helpful peeps one could ask for (even though I know they're more fond of my pup than of me). ;-)
If I could give it a o I would. This is the worst financial institution in America. The are hiding 67 thousand and change ,which had cleared 21 days.ago.The manager refused to give me her business card. My husband called the sheriffs dept. to write a formal complaint. But it is civil. So we have a record of it. Stay far away from Chase.
The incompetence of Josh the business expert is real , he not only put in the wrong address for my business but when I called to have him fix the situation he wasn’t willing to help me fix the situation , He did not take accountability for his mistake , no what he did was Hang up on me because I was frustrated with this situation that he caused instead of fixing his wrong doing , is this how you treat all your chase customers at this location . I can't even give this place a star , the disrespect the manager Katey portrays to the public is a disgrace to nokomis and the neighbors around us ! It is number One to never roll your eyes at anyone when they are talking to u , that behavior is childish and unprofessional! I feel as if u want to be bossy and arrogant and your looking for confrontation on a Daily basis !
