Zero stars. I deposited $1450 at the ATM outside Chase Oxford, MI 7 days ago, and it has not yet been credited to my account. I have followed every direction to call different numbers, create a claim, visit a branch with an open lobby. I have received ZERO communication from Chase about my deposit. DO NOT use the ATM at Chase Oxford for a deposit. Their customer service does not exist.
