I have been using this bank for a long time. Unfortunately, there are no teller like before but, Hope, Christopher and Michael are always there to help me. They have always made my banking easy and effortlessly for me. Thank you guys!
Lazy lazy manager and employees. Absolutely terrible treatment of prospect customers and now I will never go there. Complete disregard for customer’s time.
Worst branch - no one works here. Avoid. I went to get checks printed and waited 20 minutes before giving up. No one wants to help.
This the worst chase branch ever.
I must be missing something. No drive through, no service counter, and everyone that works there wants me to use an app or a machine to make deposits. I don't want to work at a bank. Luckily there are full service branches in Franklin Lakes, Riverdale, and Pompton Plains.
