Good service once the bank reopened after the snow. Unable to complete some tasks onsite. Online service was more problematic, but not a reflection on this branch
I needed to change the nature of one of my accounts and sat in the waiting area with other customers. When the representative approached I told her that, and she continued to ask pressing questions in front of the other customers. When I said I would like to discuss my needs in private away from strangers she became indignant and called me over to the main teller window and not a private cubicle area.
