This atm has been broken for over a month, why? Very frustrating, not just this location, numerous locations.. not convenient when busy and rushing to get $ out

The number of times the ATM is not working at this location is absolutely ridiculous! The ATM is decrepit and needs to be replaced. When it is working, most times when I tap my card it won't work but works fine at other Chase locations. Also, with Denville being such a pedestrian oriented town, it makes no sense that they do not have an ATM in the lobby or along with front exterior of the wall. Instead, pedestrians have to walk up into the drive-thru lane where the ATM is located. At the very least, Chase replace this POS AT... read more

Donna at the Denville branch helped me do a wire for a car that was out of state. She was so helpful, professional, and polite. Couldn’t ask for anybody better for help.

I had a very pleasant experience at this branch today. Sebastian was the teller who helped me and he was pleasant and very helpful. I was taken care of in a timely manor, and was quite pleased with the service I received.
