Shredded a $8000 check of ours after they told us they sent it back to us. Chase is the absolute worst!
Garbage bank and staff. No one wants fo help you. Please do not open account in this bank.
Terrible service and environment. District branch manager should just walk in the middle of the morning to see how many are on line vs. # of tellers (why is there one counter open for 5+ people on line, and everyone else at their desks don't want to make eye contact as they're in their own worlds). Left the line to go to drive up lane, was told there's a delay and will take a while..
How do you only have one ATM?
Very bad service! Especially the girl in the front called Rocha, very rude attitude. Bad service.
