Banks can sometimes be an ugly side of our society. But when it comes to reliability and customer service, I've always found Chase to be extremely reliable. Their staff is always friendly and upbeat. They are always there to help you with any simple or complicated requests. We are eating. Glad to review your accounts to see if there's any way that they could possibly help you better. I've been banking with Chase for over 30 years now and every single one of their locations that I visited I've never had an issue.
The ATM never works! Chase customer for a long time, they close the one on Rt10 and can’t even get cash out.
I've been coming here for years, with no issues, always good service. On our last visit, the teller gave us attitude from the moment we walked in, and repeatedly asked us if we were citizens, before going through any other questions. It felt very aggressive, and am very disappointed that this is now the feeling at a bank and town where I have indeed been a citizen for four decades. I am very disappointed and please be aware of what you will encounter if you have to bank here now.
Be careful if depositing cash at the atm. The past few times we went we noticed what we counted to what got deposited was off by like $10/20. Then the last time it was off by $90. When we went inside they told us they don’t handle those things and we have to call. Luckily we called and they put the money in our account right away and said they’d investigate the machine and if we were wrong they would take the money back, clearly we were right and we got a letter confirming the money was missing from our account.
