This ATM never works. That’s not an exaggeration. Every time I’ve gone could be weeks or months apart, it’s always down. Why is no one working on this issue? Such an inconvenience.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Nataly in applying for my first credit card. She was very knowledgable, kind, and patient in answering all of my questions. The process was smooth, easy, and not overwhelming. Nataly made sure to get to know me as a person during our interaction which I appreciated.
