I went on a Friday afternoon and was quickly attended by Tiana Navarro. She was polite, very friendly and made sure to explain everything I needed to know about my matter. 10/10 service, thank you Tiana.
Some employees are rude and unhelpful such as Antonia and Isabel. However Jahney Dennis was very pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions and was very professional.
Employees are rude and unhelpful, especially Antonia and Isabel. I will not go to this branch again.
I can honestly say that I am not the one to write reviews, but this chase I have considered to be one of the worst in the area, has improved tremendously. I was treated as a suspect all the time. tellers couldn't believe I can afford to have a home in Scarsdale. Treatment was condescending.... but is a different environment in the last few years Sema, Ramon, Ana great job!
