I opened an account last year following the advice of someone else who also has a Chase account. A business account that I later discovered my name was spelled wrong. On the other hand, and to my surprise, when I used my debit card, they announced that they forgot to make me sign another document and I was warned to go to the branch in person otherwise my account would be interrupted. I am sorry for trusting chase. None of these inconveniences would exist if the procedure had been carried out normally.

Horrible customer service; you can call about 15-20 times and they still won’t pick up the phone when your in urgent need of wanting to know why your funds aren’t being put into your account.

One star for RHONDA. Super rude, belittling, makes you feel stupid. Not a nice person. Won’t let you get a word in edgewise, won’t listen to valid concerns. Edit to add: I’ve been a Chase customer for 18 years, back from when it was Washington Mutual. No more.
