This Chase bank branch location is very nice overall with great helpful employees and managers. Most of the time during the work week it’s not too busy. All the ATM machines stay working and I never had any issues at this branch location. Plenty of parking available in Minooka, Illinois.
Never any slips in the drive up to fill out. Then after filling out said slip for cashier's check including the business name, we still sent the cash through the tube for me. Why would I write a company's name on a withdrawal slip to pull out of my savings. Great way to waste 20 minutes
