If you need to cash a check that's funded through Chase Bank you have to have an account with them just a heads up they must of recently changed their policy but at least the lady gave me a reason why I couldn't cash it.
I haven't had to come inside for a few years, but this past week I needed to come twice. Both times, we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and mindful of our time. Great job guys!
Moving my personal and business account away from here. A teller, Angie, deposited money into the wrong account, even though i gave DL, debit card and deposit slip.I went back into the branch a few days later when i noticed it to have it corrected, they had a few different excuses and the manager, Magdalena. said I should have checked my receipt before I left.
