So far one of the most infuriating and disappointing experiences dealing with this branch as agent under a durable power of attorney. Completely unhelpful and lacking knowledge. Good luck to anyone trying to act on behalf of a parent or spouse, or worse yet, if the Chase account is in another state. I’ve been waiting a month while Chase asks for additional paperwork and notaries, and then rejects everything they asked for. Unbelievable.
Requested fraud investigation, for someone trying to open an account in my name. Chase's fraud department did not support the request because it was not a credit or debit card. They refused to call this branch to sort out my issue. I had to spend 2 hours making a dozen phone calls to get it resolved. Corporate then took 6 days to get back to me. I do not feel like Chase is taking my identity protection seriously.
Great location! Mr. Lorenzo was really helpful and patient with me and my wife.
Chase in Hinsdale IL does a nice job of offering big bank conveniences and technology with convenient neighborhood locations.
$3 to get one check? Lol, moving all my accounts next week to another bank. Penny wise and pound foolish.
