Was given wrong information on how to become a beneficiary owner on my father's account by a banker in sweater. Stay away from this branch. He was nice as first and then his instructions became confusing that made everything difficult.

Chase bankers at this branch are not informed on their own company’s policies and misled us through the process of setting up a business bank account. When we needed to use the tools they assured us our account provided, they weren’t available! Upon inquiring with our rep, they passed along to someone we’ve never met so he could repeatedly puppet Chase’s corporate policy to us. Not one solution was given.
