I had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location , the staff are friendly , they know what they’re doing ! Unlike some other banks, the location is new and very inviting. I plan on going back to talk with advisors in the future.

Jesse Huff completely lied to me. I went in to speak with her about opening an account and made the decision to do so based on what she promised me. She said my direct deposits would be made available faster and that was a lie. They actually take 2 days longer now. Then she told me if I signed up for direct deposit I'd recieve $400 from chase bank and that was a lie.
