On Monday, July 13, I deposited $500 through the drive-thru using my driver’s license and my Chase credit card for identification. Despite providing my identification, the deposit was mistakenly credited to the wrong account. It was credited to me sisters account, an account I have no ties or links to and vice versa. I had to stop by this branch and got lucky enough to be helped by Emily, and she was awesome. She was patient, sharp, and REALLY took the time to help me out. Just praying Chase transfers her to my local branch, but until then, she’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive. Thanks again Emily!
