Scott was super helpful! We came in with our son to exchange his piggy bank savings. Scott helped roll all the coins, gave the kids suckers and coloring books! I wouldn't be surprised if my son decides to be a banker now after having such a good time.
I opened a new checking and savings account today and had a wonderful experience! Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The process took some time online, but all throughout the banker helping me explained each step and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel like I mattered and that I was important, and not just another customer. I was very impressed!
I went through the drive through to get a cashier's check, The teller didn't return my I d or bank card. I went in to ask what happened to it, and no one could tell me anything, Was told it's just missing. I found it hard to believe that there's no camera footage to show what happened, Labor day weekend with no ID OR DEBIT CARD! I will stay with chase but never go in this branch again.
they are liars! my dad went in to do a payment on his car and was told that he didn’t pay the full amount when he gave the lady the full amount! manager didn’t do anything but deny it and had my dad believing he was in the wrong just because he was speaking spanish!!!! they didn’t want to look further and said he was wrong but was certain he left the full payment!!!!
We pulled up to the drive-thru window. We put our deposit bag in the carrier and hit send. We sat there for 3 or 4 minutes and then hit the Call Teller button to get some service. After hitting the button three times and waiting a total of 7 minutes, a teller finally came with no apology or explanation. I will be closing my account on Monday!
