Chase encourages us to schedule an appointment with a banker and I appreciate that. However, it doesn’t seem that they are keeping their words. I arrived on time for my appointment with the banker for some assistance with notary, but I had to wait 30 minutes to see the banker. Because I had an appointment, when a banker became available they helped people who simply walked in. Yes, you got to wait longer if you are foolish enough to make an appointment ahead of time.
