Poor customer service, try another branch
Scott was super helpful! We came in with our son to exchange his piggy bank savings. Scott helped roll all the coins, gave the kids suckers and coloring books! I wouldn't be surprised if my son decides to be a banker now after having such a good time.
I opened a new checking and savings account today and had a wonderful experience! Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The process took some time online, but all throughout the banker helping me explained each step and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel like I mattered and that I was important, and not just another customer. I was very impressed!
