I get really tired of Chase and trying to get money out of an ATM and all their ATMs are always broken it doesn't matter what part of town I go into if it's a nice part of town crappy part of town I struggle to get money from their ATMs consistently. Chase fix your problems and let me get my money when I need it... There's no excuse for your ATMs to be down...
This chase bank Location is thee best as far as customer service goes! The teller name Steph is the person you want to deal with. She is absolutely the kindest and friendliest person I've been dealing with at this location. Provides the best customer service every visit with no hassle. Goes above and beyond her duties to make sure the customer is taken care of.
No idea why this Chase has such poor reviews. I have an amazing experience every time I come in. Everyone is so kind, cordial, timely, and helpful. I have never had to wait. Matthew, one of the business account managers has been a great aid to us. Very nice and helpful guy, good at his job. Thanks everyone!
