I have dealt with a couple of lousy banks in my time, but this one wins the battle. They refuse to provide access to my brother's accounts (I'm his legal guardian) because their lawyer decided they don't like our trust documents drawn up by our family attorney. They lie right to you on the phone and say they'll call you back. Then I asked another Chase employee to check to see what the holdup was, and they lied to him, saying they'd tried to call me and I didn't answer. Not true. I have caller ID.
