I have dealt with a couple of lousy banks in my time, but this one wins the battle. They refuse to provide access to my brother's accounts (I'm his legal guardian) because their lawyer decided they don't like our trust documents drawn up by our family attorney. They lie right to you on the phone and say they'll call you back. Then I asked another Chase employee to check to see what the holdup was, and they lied to him, saying they'd tried to call me and I didn't answer. Not true. I have caller ID. Great staff very clean establishment security guard opens the door for you
Rachel is amazing. She was quick to help with my deposit but made my senior dog feel right at home. She gave him lots of love and 3 biscuits! I was in a bind and had to bring him but was that a wonderful surprise! Thank you Rachel.
