Working with Michael Salata and Nick Stangelo at the Wadsworth branch has been a wonderful experience for my husband and me. They are knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Those who work at the counter are also very friendly and service oriented. Thank you!
We were at this branch on April 18, 2026. There was a quite a long line already when we arrived, but it didn't take too long at all. The teller, Madison, was efficient and kept the line moving quickly. Madison also assisted us with additional information. Lots of thanks to the great service!
Alexey Zunic went above and beyond while helping me set up an estate account for my deceased Mother. The process was confusing but Alexey made it easier for me. She was great!!
Great service today…I didn’t have an appointment but they worked us right in handled the paperwork. Oscar was very professional and we were in and out in less than half an hour.
You wait and wait wait and wait and then told to wait some more. Unable to make an appointment on the website WTF???? Do they enjoy waisting peoples time?
I went there yesterday to Cash my paycheck, which I desperately need for my family. Carmen, a manager, seemed nice enough as she was processing the check. I produced my DL and another credit card for ID, she was just about to cash it when she reverses the transaction and abruptly says she cannot bc my DL had expired.
