After my husband passed away in December, Chase put a hold on his social security check. Six months later....3 letters from social security saying the check was my husband's and they would not be asking for it to be returned... CHASE still has a hold on it and will not let me close the account..
This location sucks. Never answers the phone call for a simple question. Shame
The staff here is nothing but kind and generous. Tahara was extremely kind.
Terrible customer service. Jessica is quite possibly the worst bank representative I have experienced. Save time & go to a different location or bank for your banking needs
No tellers at all. I came in to cash a check but both my husband and i had to be present to cash it. Only two ladies were available and were in their offices, what should’ve been quick ended up taking forever.
