This bank is the slowest bank o have ever been to. Everytime I come here there is a line of at least 6 people. People being helped at the windows take at least 10-15 minutes but often times longer. The bank personnel do not seem to care about helping or resolving issues but definitely are polite with greetings. Seems like it would be much more beneficial to have employees assisting customers then simply standing around saying welcome.
I went to the ATM only which was a drive behind the building. I like the ATM in an open space and not in between in the middle of two spots.
I went in to get a cashier’s check, and Tahara was excellent! She was friendly, professional, and provided great service.
No tellers?! They can't deposit a business check.
