Branch manager Mr. Reyna is rude went to other chase down the street and they took care of me right away when he said it couldn’t be done!!
Never EVER go to this branch. I am Private Client. I came to this branch to get a form notarized and the other branch 10 minutes had already called confirming a notary would be available at this location for me. I came here and they asked for my phone number and they’re like, “Do you have an account here?” Are you kidding me? I asked if there’s a notary available.
