I odered a debit card 10 days ago and they sent ATM card instead. Which is worthless. When I called I was validated and waited on hold for an hour, then was hung up on. I called again and spent 10 minutes on hold and was unable to validate me based on the ATM card i was just sent. Since they did not set a pin and cannot do it over the phone.
