The Bank Manager should not be in charge of this bank he doesn't accept responsibility for his employees mistakes. My apartment complex using chase bank for their bank. I paid my rent with a cashier's check they deposited it into their account at chase bank on Torrey Chase and 1960. The bank teller inputted the account number and routing number wrong so I can back as a NSF. When I toke accounting I was trained to double check all number before submitting it.
