Everything is very slow! I waited 40 minutes and no one came to me! I won't come to this location again.
Branch does not answer calls. Continually transferred to customer service. Simple question regarding currency exchange availability. Customer service unaware of ability at this branch. Told to "go to the branch and inquire if not answering calls" RIDICULOUS!
Shockingly poor Customer Service here. I went into this branch to deposit a money order in the name of my son into his own account since he’s away at college. The teller said there was a problem with the money order, she couldn’t cash it and couldn’t tell me the reason. Concerned about the money order, I contacted his employer and got him on the line, but both the teller and supervisor refused to identify the problem and kept addressing him as “unknown person on the phone”. Wonderful branch with extremely knowledgeable, professional staff!
Poor support by employees and they hide under annoying policies. Only reason I bank at chase because of wide availability of banks
