I opened my business account with this location. They allowed a new banker that has no experience with business accounts. I opened my account on September 16. I don't have my bus debit card. Then the guy shut down the digital one now have access. I shutting my account as soon as possible

I have always been helped in the nicest way at this location. Today, I had a very unique and time sensitive issue and Martin helped me every step, including walking to the drive thru ATM with me. I could have done all of this on my own, but having someone weigh out all of my options for this matter was helpful in how to get it done efficiently.
Customer service is very poor. They are not answering calls and not calling back as requested. Cumbersome to do business at this branch.
Money didn’t come out of atm. Bank doesn’t open for 2 hours. No phone number on atm. Called 1-800’on back card that doesn’t open for 2 hours. Horrible customer service
