I came to this Chase branch after receiving a flyer in the mail inviting me to open a business account. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM and arrived on time, but wasn’t seen until 3:30 — and not even by the person I was supposed to meet with. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, despite the fact that I was there with my 2-month-old baby. Rude and unprofessional. Told to wait 1 hour or go to another branch even though the place was empty. Told I needed to make an appointment to talk to a banker. The one on De Anza is a world of difference.

I needed a large cashiers check so I had to go to a physical branch office as opposed to online. The staff was friendly and helpful. thx to Ashley Ibanez for her quick efficient work.
Very rude service!! The reception desk is useless! Chase should just close this branch since doing anything requires an appointment. I am moving my money to other bank! The reception’s name is Han.
