Wow, we're do I start. The most polite helpful gentleman.. came up here from L.A. partied hard in San Francisco, lost my debit card in the mix.. As soon as I walk in I was greeted by the guy,forgot his name. White pony tail orange ginger hair. Great customer service.
they never answer the phones. there are random "errors" on their online facilities, such as double paying transactions or skipping the confirmation screen for payments. the customer service although friendly is often not helpful, many of the staff will give you incorrect or inconstant information.
