Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Some of the nicest people I’ve encountered at a Chase bank. All helpful and polite. Got my online account restrictions removed.
I called the office about my bank account The lady that answered. Was joking and laughing about my account being paused because I didn’t fund it! Chase is a great bank and she is ruining the Name of the bank and opportunities for others I have 6k I want to funk my account and the help I got is someone that’s supposed to be professional laughing at me for no reason. She should get fired people got rent to pay
I went in with a check (significant amount) trying to open a bank account and was told that I could only be seen if I had an appointment. If I wanted to wait to get seen as a walking that I would have to wait 30 mins to an hour. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins and was not seen. They have NO communication whatsoever to tell you that they will get to you shortly or anything. They treat you like they are doing you a favor.
