The customer service helped me a lot, the staff were competent and polite. Thank you!
The phone system is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Never heard such a condescending robot before. Editing to reduce to one-star: Since I was unable to get ahold of an agent I had to go in-person, just to find out they can't help me anyways. It would have save me a lot of time and trip to confirm this over the phone.
