The phone system is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Never heard such a condescending robot before. Editing to reduce to one-star: Since I was unable to get ahold of an agent I had to go in-person, just to find out they can't help me anyways. It would have save me a lot of time and trip to confirm this over the phone.
Super close to TJ's (Trader Joe's), so very convenient ATM access, as I am at TJ's 1-2xs/week. Easy to deposit checks for most part. Cash ATM deposits can be a pain, as you have to redo the rejected bills, that are sometimes in very good condition. Have NOT had to go inside for a human interaction, so dont know how busy/good the workers inside are.
The NCR brand of ATM machines are so slow here. It took me at least 7 minutes to deposit 7 bills. One by one because the machine couldn’t read a stack of 7 bills.
