Update Review: 06-20-2026 Chase is the place to bank with! If you're to save money, come to this location, all the staff is ready to help you anytime. Today had to make a few deposits and had a no issues with no one at this branch, in fact there where people in line telling each other the tellers are taking too long to do there jobs. WOW, only if the tables where turned, I would like to see that behind the window and see how it works. Chase Torrance, you guys rock! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never had any problems in the past at this branch with tellers or notarizing documents. The "notary" at this branch questioned my State of California documents & implied I would need to use Chase required documents. Oh really, I need to use Chase documents in my will??!! He kept saying he would have to check if he could notarize the documents. Horrible, horrible customer service & an extreme lack of knowledge.
