If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never had any problems in the past at this branch with tellers or notarizing documents. The "notary" at this branch questioned my State of California documents & implied I would need to use Chase required documents. Oh really, I need to use Chase documents in my will??!! He kept saying he would have to check if he could notarize the documents. Horrible, horrible customer service & an extreme lack of knowledge.
