had a disappointing experience at this Chase branch. I visited the location at 807 Southfield Dr, Plainfield, IN 46168 to request assistance retrieving an old $10,000 check record needed for court. Unfortunately, both the teller and the branch manager were impatient and unhelpful, and no real effort was made to assist me, even though this is a standard banking request. Woman manager with longer dark hair is very rude. My sister and I came in to close my sisters account, she just passed away. We have never done this before and any questions we had she answered very rudely, like we were trying to do something illegal. She needs customer service training!
I was trying to open new account but no one is responding or available then one lady said coming back next week this is unusual with comparing other Banks 🏦🤷🤷😔😞🥺
ATMs are constantly down.
Plainfield branch has horrible customer service. Spoke to two different ladies and they both started the conversations with attitudes right off the bat. I've been banking with chase for over 10 years and have never came across such unnecessary rudeness.
