Cassie did a great job today. She helped me do a savings account, Ive been with Chase Bank since 2007. I've been with this Bank since about 2009. We absolutely love Cassie. She helped talked me through setting up on my phone and she was setting it up on her end. She's very customer friendly service and she's very professional. She even know who I am. The ATMs rarely work. It’s time for an upgrade.
ATM’s are never working at Plainfield location. Avon Chase is superior in every way has working ATM’s and 3k limit at the ATM. Both ATM’s are not working at Plainfield location 05/31/2026.
