I have banked at Chase for about 25 years. Their customer service is getting worse all the time. The branches refuse to answer the phone. Stay local.
Depends who you get as a teller . I had one bad teller . Rest of the time the teller been very nice and helpful. They are fast , reliable service and efficient.
Whoever is in not running this place should be fired! ATMs down a good 20% of the time, never enough tellers. IMCU is right across the street maybe its time to give then a shot.
Rude and worst customer service ever!. Went in for some banking assistance she refused to provide any service to me just because she don’t want to do her!. If you want any assistance or business done with chase go to Avon location!.
