ATMs are constantly down.
Plainfield branch has horrible customer service. Spoke to two different ladies and they both started the conversations with attitudes right off the bat. I've been banking with chase for over 10 years and have never came across such unnecessary rudeness.
Whoever is in not running this place should be fired! ATMs down a good 20% of the time, never enough tellers. IMCU is right across the street maybe its time to give then a shot. UpDate: ATM issue continues plus I called to speak with someone and after a long message finally got put on hold to wait for the next avaiable associate only for the automated response to pick up minutes later and tell me they were busy and I should call back later then said good bye and hung up on me. I was told on the phone as well as in a previous appointment I could come in for a walk-in to set up a savings account. I already have a checking account with Chase. I was told I had to leave because no one could help me, that they are too busy. I was told to not wait because they would NOT be helping me today. I am a teacher and took a half day for this that I cannot get back. I am so disappointed not to mention all of the other bad experiences I have had with Chase lately.
